Product Description
ONEsemicon's 32-bit 1:2 registering clock driver with parity, DDR4 RCD02, is designed for 1.2 V VDD operation, and fully compatible with JEDEC standard DDR4RCD02. It supports speeds up to 3200 MT/s. An RCD can be used independently as a central buffer on an RDIMM or used in conjunction with nine DDR4 Data Buffers on an LRDIMM to provide the memory system with higher capacity, higher speed and lower power consumption than capable on standard RDIMM device.
