Product Description
ONEsemicon's 32-bit 1:2 registering clock driver with parity, KD4RCD02, is designed for 1.2 V VDD operation, and fully compatible with JEDEC standard DDR4 RCD02. The DDR4 RCD can support speed up to DDR4-3200. An RCD can be used independently as a central buffer on an RDIMM or used in conjunction with nine DDR4 Data Buffers on an LRDIMM to provide the memory system with higher capacity, higher speed and lower power consumption than capable on standard RDIMM device.
