Product Description
ONE Semiconductor’s DDR5 CKD01+ is designed for 1.1V VDD and up to 9200 MT/s+ operation, and is fully compatible with JEDEC standard DDR5CKD01. DDR5 CKD01+ is a clock driver used on DDR5 CUDIMMs and CSODIMMs. Its primary function is to buffer the DDR clock between the host controller and the DRAMs.
