Product Description
ONE Semiconductor's DDR5 CKD01 is designed for 1.1V VDDVDD and up to 7200 MT/s operation , and is fully compatible with JEDEC standard DDR5CKD01. DDR5 CKD01 is a clock driver used on DDR5 CUDIMMs and CSODIMMs. Its primary function is to buffer the DDR clock between the host controller and the DRAMs.
